About the Job:

The Senior Analyst, Digital Loyalty Promotions and Activations supports the enablement, configuration, QA, and operational execution of Taco Bells digital loyalty offers, promotions, challenges, and activations. This role partners closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Product, Engineering, QA, Data & Analytics, Operations, agencies, and vendor partners to help ensure activations launch accurately, on time, and with scalable processes.

The role will develop strong subject matter expertise in loyalty platform configuration, offer mechanics, audience eligibility, campaign dependencies, and activation readiness across Zeta/Marigold and Byte Commerce. This role is ideal for someone who brings structure to complex operational work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams deliver high-quality customer experiences at scale.
