🚀 Technical Project Manager — Lithuanian Citizens Only

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a large-scale insurance project and lead initiatives across system decommissioning, infrastructure upgrades, and application/data migrations.

What you’ll do:

• Lead complex IT infrastructure & application projects
• Coordinate Infrastructure, Application, Security, Data and vendor teams
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change activities
• Drive migration, cutover, UAT and post-migration activities
• Ensure smooth handover to operations and clear stakeholder communication

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects
• Strong knowledge of ITIL / Change Management
• Experience with infrastructure, application or data migrations
• Strong stakeholder, risk and vendor management skills
• Fluent Lithuanian & English
• Insurance / regulated industry experience is a plus
