Marketing Coordinator, Marriott Ops

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

The Marketing Coordinator’s role is to help our Operations Services team achieve success for our clients daily. The right candidate will bring a positive attitude, dependability, people skills, organizational skills and computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Internet technologies). This position requires enhanced administrative skills and must be detail oriented. Vizergy offers a competitive compensation plan including personal time and tenure-based incentive plans. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Complete all assigned tasks regarding client projects.
• Enter data into the Customer Relations System (Salesforce) and Vizergy Management System (VMS) and/or a client proprietary system.
• Log all hours worked to assignments. 
• Assist as necessary with account and project related tasks
• Responsible for providing the highest level of internal and external customer service possible 
• Available for additional duties and responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Customer service centric
• Outstanding verbal / written communication and presentation skills. 
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word & PowerPoint 
• Technically literate and comfortable working with Internet 
• Ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college is required.
