Martech Lead (AI Builder)

Department: Growth

Location: Warsaw or Dublin onsite, remote in Europe

Employment Type: FullTime

About Viktor

Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee.

The team is small. The scope is not.

The Short Version

You run Viktors marketing machine. You pick, connect and pay for the tools we buy, and build the ones we cant buy on Viktor itself. Think product manager for the marketing org, who builds the product.

Marketing cant keep pace with our growth by adding people. Every team needs tools that let one person do the work of three, and today nobody owns that. Youre hands-on, with no team at the start, and report to our CMO.

What Youll Actually Do

  • Sit with the program leads (partnerships, paid, organic, brand, lifecycle, PMM and more), find the manual work, and automate it.

  • Own the marketing stack (Viktor, PostHog, Clay, Hex, the ad platforms) and decide what we keep, cut, replace or build.

  • Build apps, agents and scheduled workflows on Viktor, documented and simple enough for someone else to pick up.

  • Keep data joined up from marketing activity to signups, with Data Science owning attribution.

How Youll Know Its Working

By day 90:

  • A partner OS for all our partner programs is in daily use and documented for someone else to run.

  • Every marketing tool and automation is mapped with owner, cost, usage and overlap.

  • At least one tool or set of automations is cut, with the saving shown.

  • Two more tools, built for two other teams, are used weekly.

  • Next quarters builds are ranked by impact and agreed.

Who You Are

  • Youve shipped tools or agents with AI (Claude Code, Cursor, Viktor, Lovable or similar) that people used for months, and you fix them when they break. No engineering degree needed.

  • Youve owned a modern marketing stack for 3+ years at a fast-moving company. You know how pipeline gets made and can defend your buy-vs-build calls.

  • Youve built something nobody asked for, as a founder, on a side project or at an early startup.

  • You ship good enough today, and know when a script beats an agent and when a $50 tool beats a build.

  • You can turn a messy ask from a marketing leader into something the team uses every week.

Probably Not a Fit If

  • You configure tools but dont build, or you manage builders and no longer build yourself.

  • Youre an engineer who doesnt know how marketing makes pipeline, or your stack experience is outbound and enrichment only.

  • You add tools and model calls without checking usage, cost or value.

Even Better If

  • Youve built on Viktor, or with agents, scheduled workflows and MCP.

  • Youre hands-on with PostHog, Clay, Hex, a data warehouse, SQL and APIs.

  • Youve worked at a B2B SaaS or AI company, or built systems for partnerships or creator marketing.

The Hard Part

Lots of half-built micro-systems to tidy up, leaders who all want something first, and a stack growing faster than anyone can track. Youll have to say no, and cut things people like.

Why This Role Is Different

Your tools run Viktors own marketing and show what the product can do. No tickets, no sprint planning. As the team grows, you own marketing systems, with the chance to build and lead a martech function.

How we work

Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.

We dont do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate.

Why Viktor

Were one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling.

This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on.

That doesnt last forever. Right now, its still true.

Compensation

Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage.

The best work happens when youre in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.
