Job Description

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned client portfolio across the full clientlifecycle — from activation and adoption through renewal and expansion​

• Lead SBR and executive-facing updates; align Veradigm capabilities to client business prioritiesand strategic goals​

• Proactively manage client health; identify at-risk accounts, own recovery plans, and coordinatecross-functional response​

• Drive cross-sell and upsell identification within the portfolio; document opportunities in Salesforceand collaborate with Sales to advance pipeline​

• Manage the renewal cycle with forward-looking forecast visibility; execute retention strategiesthat protect and grow portfolio revenue​

• Resolve escalated support, contractual, and financial issues on behalf of clients; serve as theprimary internal advocate for client needs​

Compensation Range:

$76,836-$106,803

Compensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate’s unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget.
