Role Overview

Were looking for Content Creators to be the faces of TopSpeeds moto coverage. The personalities who show up on camera, get out on the bikes, and turn riding culture into scroll-stopping video content from first concept to final cut.

What Were Looking For

• Step in front of the camera as one of the faces and voices of the brand, hosting and presenting short-form video that hooks our audience in the first few seconds.
• Produce a steady volume of original short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, with the occasional longer piece where a topic earns it.
• Develop concepts, hooks, and scripts that bring the brands voice to life and hold up at short-form pace.
• Film, edit, and produce polished vertical video optimized for each platforms specs and audience.
• Cover the moto world with credibility — new model launches, first rides, gear, maintenance, builds, and riding culture.
• Ensure every piece of content aligns with the brands tone, style, and messaging guidelines, and stays consistent with what the rest of the creator team is putting out.
• Collaborate with the social and editorial teams to turn content ideas and trends into compelling video.
• Stay current on video trends, formats, and platform features to keep content fresh and competitive.
• Iterate on content based on performance feedback and creative direction from the team.

Skills Were Looking For

• Experience creating video content, ideally for a brand or publisher.
• Strong skills in filming and editing engaging video content from concept to final cut.
• Proficiency with video editing tools.
• A strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual style, with the ability to match an established brand tone.
• Experience in moto or automotive content creation, with a track record of producing content that resonates with a rider audience.
• Genuine familiarity with motorcycles — riding experience, knowledge of current models and segments, and an understanding of what riders care about.
• Valid motorcycle license and access to a bike is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with how video performs across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
