Faculty Support Specialist (Entry Level)

Location: San Antonio, TX, United States; Hybrid

Under direct supervision, the Faculty Support Specialist will be responsible for providing faculty process support to a designated set of departments/business units. The incumbent will have knowledge of how and when to engage various institutional offices, as well as facilitate and optimize all interactions throughout the faculty life cycle from initial appointment to promotion to Emeritus and more. Assists with facilitating the alignment of policies and faculty processes to ensure compliance with institutional standards.
