Prospect Management Analyst

Location: Tampa, FL, United States; Remote

The Prospect Management Analyst supports the advancement divisions fundraising efforts through data analysis, portfolio monitoring, reporting, prospect assignment management, and process administration. Reporting to the Senior Prospect Management Strategist, this position plays a key role in providing actionable insights that strengthen portfolio health, improve pipeline management, and support data-informed fundraising strategies across the organization.

The Analyst is responsible for monitoring prospects, portfolios, and proposal activity; developing reports and dashboards; identifying trends and opportunities; supporting prospect assignment processes; and ensuring the integrity of prospect management data. This position collaborates with Prospect Management, Prospect Research, Advancement Services, and Development staff to enhance fundraising effectiveness through analytical support, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.
