Youll never have to figure out who to call, what to say, or what comes next. You bring the human part: a friendly voice, a little patience, and the willingness to pick up the phone.
No healthcare experience. No certifications. No studying. If you can hold a conversation and use a computer, well show you the rest in a few days.
A real day
Nine to five, Monday through Friday, from your kitchen table. No nights. No weekends. No on-call. No commute, no uniform, no standing on your feet for eight hours. When five oclock comes, you close the laptop and youre done. You will not think about work again until tomorrow.
And the work itself feels good. Youre helping older adults who genuinely need it: people confused by their insurance, who cant get a ride to the doctor, or who ran out of a medication they need. Most of them are just glad someone called.
What you need

• Comfort talking with people on the phone
• The ability to be kind to someones grandmother

What you get

• Full-time W-2 position, paid 12.50 on the first of the month
• Health insurance after 90 days
• Paid time off after 90 days
• Set schedule, 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday
• Two paid 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute unpaid lunch
• Fully remote
