Job Summary:

Seeking a Developer with strong hands-on experience in HRSD development and configuration. The resource will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting solutions based on business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and configure HRSD applications and workflows.

- Configure tables, forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications.

- Develop Flow Designer/workflows and automated processes.

- Configure ACLs, roles, permissions, and RBAC.

- Build reports, dashboards, filters, and data exports.

- Develop/support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 7+ years of development/configuration experience.
• Strong HRSD experience.- Added advantage
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer/Workflow.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Experience with ACL, RBAC, security, reporting, dashboards, and integrations.
• Experience with testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
