Description

QA Analyst who can drive progress on critical enterprise, compliance, and legacy platforms across the organization. This role is ideal for a senior QA professional who thrives in fast-paced environments that pivot every day. This person will need to take ownership without needing direction, and enjoy tackling new challenges as priorities evolve. Youll play a key role in ensuring quality across business-critical initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across multiple teams and applications.

Position Description

• Perform heavy manual testing across enterprise and compliance applications
• Support automated testing efforts (20-30% of workload)
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation
• Validate enhancements, defects, and production fixes
• Support ongoing testing and legacy system requests within PeopleSoft
• Perform data validation and troubleshooting using SQL
• Test and support Workday, Archer, SaaS, EPM, and other enterprise applications
• Work closely with business users, developers, and project teams
• Identify risks, issues, and testing gaps proactively
• Help drive projects forward with minimal oversight
• Adapt quickly as new initiatives and priorities emerge
• Respond with urgency to support critical business initiatives
• Learn new applications and support additional tools as business needs evolve

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience
• Workday experience is a must (experience working at a company that migrated to Workday would be a bonus)
• Archer testing experience (or similar GRC tool)
• Strong manual testing background (80% manual, 20% automation)
• Some automation testing
• Experience supporting legacy system enhancements and requests in PeopleSoft
• Experience testing SaaS-based applications
• Experience with EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) platforms
• SQL experience for data validation and backend testing
• Compliance application testing experience
• Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks
