What we’re looking for

Interest in digital marketing, social media, advertising, and understanding audiences;
Familiarity with Meta Ads / Meta Business Suite and an interest in developing targeting skills;
Analytical and structured approach, with an ability to work with performance data and KPIs;
Good communication and copywriting skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

What you’ll do

Research audiences and help identify the right people to reach through social media and advertising;
Assist with setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns;
Support social media management, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement;
Track results, prepare basic reports, and use insights to improve campaigns and social media activities.
