About the Job

MyTruv is the AI money autopilot. It watches peoples accounts every day and turns financial chaos into calm. The product works. The problem is that we still sound like a product. We need a voice. Someone who can make personal finance funny, human, and worth sharing, without ever being cringe. Someone who knows exactly where the line sits between viral and vulgar, and stays on the right side of it. In the team we can spot when that voice is missing, but building it is a separate skill, and we do not have it yet. That is the whole job. You are our first community hire, and you own the voice, the content, and the community end to end.

What Youll Do

Be the voice of MyTruv

• Own how we sound everywhere: social, community, in-app copy, notifications. One voice, and it is a real person with taste and a sense of humor.
• Make money content people actually send to their friends. Sharp, native, funny. Viral, never vulgar. You know the line.

Win TikTok

• TikTok is our main bet, because it pays off here and now, not in two quarters. You run it: concept, script, shoot, edit, post. You are the maker, and often the face.
• Turn our AI money insights and real user stories into short video that travels.
Get us alive where our users actually talk
• Twitter/X and Reddit are voice channels, and they only work with a real, native American voice. Make us a presence people follow, not a brand account nobody reads.

Build the community from zero

• Stand up the MyTruv community (Slack, WhatsApp, or iMessage) and make people want to be in it. Rituals, AMAs, early access.
• Reply in DMs and comments like a human. Turn happy users into a crew that brings us more users.

Help run the creator engine

• Source and brief creators, run UGC, and help with the referral and revenue-share program that turns respected voices into partners.
Be the ear to the ground
• You sit closest to the users. Every week, bring what they say, love, and hate back to product and marketing, with the receipts.
 

Who You Are

• A natural, fluent English voice with a strong feel for American tone and idiom, plus real writing,
  humor, and taste. This is the whole thing. Skills we can teach, taste we cannot.
• You make your own short-form video and it does not feel like an ad. Show us the work.
• A hustler who gets genuinely excited to touch a real product and own it. Hunger beats years on a
  resume here.
• You actually find money and personal finance interesting, and you want to make it less scary for
  normal people.
• You can talk, and you can sell an idea in one sentence.
• Fluent in TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Twitter, and Reddit, and handy in a video editor (CapCut,
  Premiere, Final Cut, whatever gets it done).
• Based in the US and authorized to work here. Remote.
We care more about taste and hunger than about a long resume. If you are early in your career but
