TRAINING

Getting started is straightforward. New agents complete a virtual, self-paced, one-week training program (roughly 6–7 hours total) before joining the panel. Training includes modules, quizzes, and practice properties reviewed by our quality team.

YOU BRING

• Active real estate license (plus any state-required BPO credentials)
• 2+ years of experience with BPOs, CMAs, or residential pricing
• Strong knowledge of your local market and neighborhoods
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn a new platform
• Attention to detail and reliable follow-through on deadlines
