In this role, you will take ownership of strategic customer implementations, managing high-value projects that directly optimize supply chain operations for major global enterprise clients while driving real-world impact and shaping long-term client success.

Key Exciting Responsibilities: 

• Lead end-to-end customer project implementations following structured project management methodologies, ensuring seamless delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.

• Facilitate solution design workshops to translate complex client business requirements into tailored software solutions using modular products and industry best practices.

• Guide enterprise customers through change management processes, including user training and post-implementation support, ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Care.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Consulting, Product Management, and Technical Delivery teams to align project deliverables with customer goals.

• Track project performance, manage project budgets, and proactively identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.

Essential Skills & Experience: 

•  Proven track record managing customer-facing software or IT implementation projects from inception through go-live.

• Strong project management capabilities with expertise in scope, schedule, and budget management.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills across internal and external teams.

• Professional fluency in both English and German.

Bonus Points For: 

• Proficiency in French or additional European languages. 

• Background or familiarity with logistics, transportation management, or supply chain SaaS solutions.

• Hands-on experience with formal project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
