About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative virtual assistant to support day-to-day digital marketing for a

professional real estate business. This person will turn provided materials into polished, on-brand content and

publish it accurately across social media, email, and YouTube. The ideal candidate combines reliable execution

with the judgment to protect a professional brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit still images and prepare them for publication across approved social media platforms.
• Manage the video workflow from start to finish: download and organize raw files from Google Drive, then import them into the appropriate editing software.
• Turn raw footage into polished short-form and long-form videos with clean cuts, audio adjustments, captions, branded graphics, and clear informational graphics or callouts.
• Publish finished videos to the designated YouTube channel with approved titles, descriptions, thumbnails, chapters, end screens, audience settings, and schedules.
• Create professional video thumbnails that match the approved brand kit.
• Format, schedule, and publish approved social content while maintaining consistent quality across channels.
• Prepare and execute Mailchimp campaigns using approved content, templates, and messaging.
• Track content status and review all work for spelling, formatting, brand consistency, and technical quality before it goes live.

Requirements

• Design Portfolio (Required): A strong portfolio showcasing clean, high-quality graphic design work, social media assets, or presentation materials.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work securely through a virtual private network (VPN).
• Hands-on experience with Google Drive, Canva, and a capable video editor such as CapCut, Descript, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere Pro, including adding captions and informational graphics.
• Experience publishing through YouTube Studio and posting content to major social platforms.
• Working knowledge of Mailchimp.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and meet recurring deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

• Can commit to work for 40 hrs work week
• Flexibility to work in U.S. time zones, Monday to Friday
• Able to maintain a distraction-free home office setup.
• Possess a laptop/desktop meeting minimum specifications: 16GB RAM, i7 operating system.
