The Sports Illustrated Vacation Event Sales Agent is responsible for contacting prospective customers over the phone with the intention of selling dated travel packages inclusive of lodging, entertainment, and a required Sports Illustrated Resorts Club timeshare sales presentation. As the Sports Illustrated Resorts Club is an expanding and evolving brand, Agents may be asked to participate in special projects, pilot programs, marketing initiatives, and other efforts aimed at supporting the continued growth of the Sports Illustrated Resorts brand.

Only candidates located in the Orlando, FL area, or within a 50-mile radius, will be considered at this time. 

THE SI VACATION EVENTS INCENTIVE PLAN Includes Weekly Hourly and Paid Training. Pay + Commission.

Yearly Earning Potential: $62,000 - $100,000+

 

How You’ll Shine:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for contacting prospective customers through outbound calls with the intention of selling promotional vacation packages that include a required Sports Illustrated Resorts Club sales presentation

• Ensure compliance with; Quality Assurance, Do Not Call Regulations, Special Event Performance Expectations

• Set and review weekly performance goals

• Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday from 10:15am to 5:00 pm with Saturday and Sunday Off -- potential to work one Saturday per month based on business needs.

What You’ll Bring:

Education

• Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED

Training Requirements

• Successful completing of on boarding training

• All associates are responsible for ensuring that they remain up to date on all required courses

• Participate in coaching sessions

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong client focus

• Sales-minded professional (hospitality, sales, call center, server, or marketing experience)

• Ability to overcome objections

• Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment

Technical Skills

• MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel

Job Experience

• Minimum of 6 months sales experience, preferably in a production driven environment

Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
