Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced MIG Welders for projects located in or around Kodak, TN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform weld preparation, MIG welding, and weld finishing operations
• Manufacture products according to customer drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Complete fillet welds in vertical and overhead positions using single and multiple passes
• Inspect welds for compliance with workmanship standards
• Utilize weld fillet gauges and other quality control tools
• Operate flow meters and welding equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of MIG welding experience
• Must be able to pass a 3G Horizontal Weld Test
• Ability to pass BC Manual Steel Fillet and CJ Manual Stainless Steel Certification Weld Assessments
• Experience performing vertical and overhead fillet welds
• Ability to visually inspect welds for quality and compliance
• Familiarity with the use of weld fillet gauges
• Experience using flow meters
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
