Remote Speech Language Pathologist

Location: San Diego, CA

Position Overview 
A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking dedicated SLP clinicians to support and develop students critical communication skills. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of diverse children and their families, ensuring they receive the assistance they need. 

Location: Remote (California) 
Job Type: Full-Time 
Work Setting: Remote (School-Based) 
Compensation: $54.00 - $86.00 per hour 

Responsibilities 

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language needs of children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each childs unique needs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support childrens development
• Monitor and document students progress during therapy sessions
• Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students

Qualifications 

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Minimum one (1) year of experience
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and families
• Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred
