Job Description

Are you outgoing, energetic, and love helping people?
Do you have a natural flair for design and enjoy making spaces come to life?
If you’re that person who lights up a room, gets excited about colour, texture, and creativity — we want you on our team!

• Greet and engage customers with genuine enthusiasm

• Enjoy sales and talking to people.

• Help homeowners, contractors, and designers find the perfect tile for their project

• Offer design advice on colours, styles, and layouts

• Prepare quotes and follow up with customers to close sales

• Work with an amazing team that celebrates wins and supports each other every day

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

• A people person — upbeat, friendly, and always smiling

• Confident speaking with customers and building relationships

• Passionate about design and helping others bring their vision to life

• Organized, proactive, and love staying busy

• The kind of person who says “let’s make it happen!” rather than “that’s not my job”

• Sales experience - min 2 years.

Additional Information

Compensation for this position will range depending upon skills, abilities and relevant knowledge or experience.

Store operating hours 

• Monday - Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 
• Saturday – 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
