As a Project & Budget Coordinator, you will contribute to the achievement of financial and business objectives by coordinating and monitoring budget and resource allocation data for assigned project portfolio, of simple to moderate complexity. You will work cross-functionally with other departments and functional leads to complete assigned tasks on time.

What Youll Do:
• Assist with the daily financial management of assigned projects.
• Collaborate with team members on monitoring the financial aspects of projects,
including the review of budgets versus actual expenditures to define reasons for
any project spend and provide rationale for approvals for overspend.
• Perform review of contract and bidding assumptions.
• Perform analysis of budget to actual data on monthly or other specified basis.
• Assist project team to identify risks, define reasons for unsupported hours, and
attends risk meetings as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• Technical positions may require a certificate
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at
least 4 years). Project management experience, including allocation of resources, budgeting and
forecasting is preferred.

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
