Scope of Work

• Interior painting and repainting
• Drywall repairs, patching, and minor installations
• Surface preparation, mudding, sanding, and touch-ups
• Apartment turnover and renovation work

Requirements

• Must operate as an Independent Contractor
• Registered business with a valid GST/HST number
• Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance
• Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
• Own vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Experience in residential painting and light drywall repairs
