About the role

As our Head of Branded Product Partnerships in our Global Licensing and Extended Line (LEL) organization, youll lead the strategy, development, and growth of a global portfolio of branded non-brick product collaborations based in Copenhagen (outbound product partnerships). Youll identify new opportunities, shape partnership roadmaps, build strong external relationships, and bring innovative consumer products to market. Working closely with senior leaders and cross functional teams, youll help strengthen brand relevance, drive commercial performance, and expand how consumers engage with the LEGO® ecosystem around the world.


Required Qualifications

  • Delivered product-focused brand partnership strategies that created measurable brand and business impact in a global environment.

  • Built and managed partnerships from concept development through commercial launch.

  • Proven track record in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders in an international context.

  • Negotiated complex agreements that created value for both partner organizations and the business.

  • Directed multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality and momentum.

  • Applied performance analysis to identify opportunities for portfolio growth and optimization.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Completed a Masters degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

  • Managed branded product portfolios across multiple markets and audiences.

  • Worked within licensing, consumer products, or related partnership-led business models.

Youll join the Global Licensing & Extended Line organization, where we expand the LEGO brand ecosystem through relevant products and experiences. What success looks like

Success comes from building a partnership portfolio that strengthens consumer love for the LEGO brand and also delivers commercial value as a secondary priority. Over the next 12 to 18 months, youll help shape the future direction of branded product partnerships and identify new opportunities for growth. Youll work closely with senior leaders, product development teams, and external partners to bring ambitious ideas to life and ensure lasting impact.
