HR Assistant BYU-Pathway Worldwide (Part-Time, Student Employee)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT, United States; Hybrid

The HR Assistant supports a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee support, data management, and process improvement initiatives. This position provides hands-on experience and opportunities to build valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, customer service, and business operations.

This position offers more than a typical student job. Youll gain practical, resume-building experience while contributing to projects that support employees throughout their employment journey and learning directly from experienced HR professionals.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a positive employee experience in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

This position is based at the BYU-Pathway Worldwide headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. By applying, you confirm that you are currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, reside in Utah and are able to work onsite 2–4 days per week.
