Career Development Manager

Location: United States; Hybrid

The Career Development Manager oversees the student’s career growth, meticulously managing initiatives to ensure that students are not only well-prepared for their immediate roles but also equipped for future higher-level opportunities. A key focus of this role will be building and maintaining a comprehensive library of resources to be utilized by students in Tier 1 jobs, the Success Network, an AI job coach, employers, and volunteers that help students prepare for the workforce. These resources will support the success of key programs including Career Chat, English Chat, Student Societies, and Career Webinars, all of which fall under the oversight of this position.

The manager will play a pivotal role in shaping students professional trajectories, working toward a future where they are positioned for success in increasingly advanced roles within their chosen fields.

This position requires a dynamic individual capable of coordinating efforts with our data steward and relationship manager, employer relations representatives, Success Network, CES Schools, and external partners to facilitate job opportunities for students.
