Avardas Product Trainee Program is an 18-month, learn-by-doing program for early-career talent who want to build a career in product. From day one you join a real team with a home domain and contribute to real work — supported by a dedicated mentor and structured exposure across our platform — with the possibility of growing into a junior Product Manager role.

What youll do

Based in Malaga, youll join our Customer Acquisition & Experience track, working across the customer-facing surface — public web, checkout and post-purchase journeys. Youll build a deep understanding of how customers discover, apply for and interact with Avarda products, with a strong focus on conversion, onboarding flows, and the handoff between acquisition and servicing. Over the program youll grow toward owning the requirements and roadmap input for a customer touchpoint end to end.

• Results-driven, with a strong interest in customer acquisition, digital customer journeys and user experience.

• Passionate about customer-centric products that balance business growth, data insight and a seamless experience across the full lifecycle — onboarding, activation, engagement and retention.

• A collaborative, analytical team player who thrives in cross-functional settings with product, tech, design and commercial teams.

• Youre a recent graduate or early in your career. Studies in business or economics, technology or engineering, or product and innovation are all relevant — but mindset matters more than your degree subject.
