Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workforce analysis, forecasting, and needs assessments for assigned departments and organizations. 
• Assess workforce skills, strengths, competency gaps, and staffing projections. 
• Develop workforce planning recommendations aligned with strategic organizational goals. 
• Support human capital planning and organizational development initiatives. 
• Collaborate with change management and training stakeholders to advance workforce transformation efforts. 
• Prepare executive-level reports, recommendations, and workforce planning deliverables for leadership decision-making. Based on required executive stakeholder engagement responsibilities.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• SHRM Certification (active) 
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification (active) 
• ITIL v4 Certification (active)
• Advanced workforce planning and forecasting expertise. 
• Human capital management and organizational development knowledge.
• Workforce assessment and gap analysis experience. 
• Strategic planning and workforce transformation capabilities. 
• Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyze workforce data and develop actionable recommendations.
