Training & Leadership Development Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership training, staff development, and executive coaching programs for County departments.
• Develop curriculum and training materials aligned with departmental development needs and County priorities. 
• Facilitate team-building, group cohesion, strategic planning, and goal-setting sessions.
• Support succession planning and career development initiatives when included within task order requirements.
• Mentor and coach program managers, project managers, and staff on leadership best practices.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Project Management Professional (PMP) ®
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Leadership development and executive coaching expertise. 
• Curriculum design, instructional development, and training program management experience.
• Classroom instruction, workshop facilitation, and adult learning methodologies.
• Organizational development, mentoring, and succession planning knowledge. 
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to engage executive leadership and large organizational audiences.
