Summary

Senior analytics and strategy professional responsible for leading experimentation and data-driven consulting engagements. This role drives the design and execution of controlled experiments, defines measurement strategies, and translates complex analysis into clear executive recommendations. The position provides an opportunity to lead client-facing engagements, shape analytical approaches, and mentor consulting teams while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and experimentation workstreams across client engagements.
• Design analytical approaches and measurement strategies for experiments and initiatives.
• Translate complex quantitative analysis into concise executive-level recommendations and narratives.
• Lead client conversations, manage stakeholders, and align experiment objectives with business goals.
• Oversee experiment execution, data collection, and validation to ensure reliable results.
• Mentor, coach, and manage consultants to build analytics and experimentation capabilities.
• Ensure quality control and timely delivery of deliverables throughout engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate experimentation findings into strategy and operations.

Requirements

• Senior-level analytics and strategy professional with responsibility for leading experimentation and consulting engagements.
• 7+ years in Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Decision Science, or related areas.
• Strong SQL and analytical background.
• Direct experience with experimentation and measurement.
• Proven team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Executive-level communication and storytelling skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
