Creative Strategist - Eastern Europe

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist & Graphic Designer to lead creative communication and deliver high-quality visual assets for fast-paced advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design and motion skills with a strategic understanding of ad performance, creative angles, and CPG audiences. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects and timelines, and use performance insights to continuously improve creative strategy and execution.
 

Core Tasks:

• Act as the point of contact for creative communication and work delivery (primarily via Slack)
• Assist team in translating ad concepts into ad angles
• Design static images and motion graphics to support various ad campaigns
• Review ad performance reports and summarize into actionable recommendations
• Flag roadblocks early and surface issues before they become delays
• Work closely with other departments to consistently deliver high quality creative work on time
• Track performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategy as needed

Must Haves:

• 3 - 5+ years experience in a client-facing creative strategist role
• 3 - 5+ years experience as a graphic designer (preferably in a fast-paced CPG setting)
• Portfolio demonstrating a history of design work for US-based CPG brands
• Intermediate-advanced graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
• Extremely organized, dependable, and proactive in communication
• Confident in managing timelines and juggling multiple projects and tasks at once
• Excellent (C-level) English communication and project management skills
• Ability to work full-time EST aligned

Nice to Haves:

• Background working with oral care or similar products
