Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES.

 

• Management of Account Receivables by taking complete ownership of the outstanding/delinquent payments from each customer to ensure timely payments are realized as per Takeda norms.
• Support the franchise sales team to generate new business leads and prospects to maximize current business and penetrate upcoming tenders.
• Manage trouble shooting in the covered accounts: short shelf-life acceptance, document management, supply acceptance, etc.
• Co-Lead with the MA team the efforts to liaison with Purchase committee and Drug Committee members at the institutions/state level for inclusion of the Products or product specifications in the Essential Drug List (EDL) or Institution Formulary.
• Support the tender operations team through on-ground support for tender submissions, document submission, attending pre-bid meetings
• Coordinate with multiple internal stake holders to service the overall needs of the accounts/ customers. Minimize administrative obstacles for smooth conduct of business.
• Consolidate insights and competitive intelligence regarding market performance, change in account bureaucracy, buying processes, tendering processes, competitive tender landscape etc. and leverage in strategy planning.
• Build strong relationship with all key stakeholders of state & employee reimbursement tendering authorities.
  • Provide inputs for sales outlook number planning each month
  • Oversee the exclusive government distributors
  • Ensure compliant business operations as per Takeda processes and systems

  • External: Providers, Distributors, Tendering Officials, Technical committee members, Finance Department & Senior Bureaucrats
  • Internal: Business & Account Leads, Tender team, Distribution team, Supply chain team, Finance, Quality, Regulatory team
