About the Role

Note: This is a 1-year contract with an option to extend.

Being a Senior Designer on Tailor’s creative team means autonomously ideating and executing performance-driven designs in a massively creative and agile environment. You will partner directly with stakeholders across marketing and growth to understand business objectives and turn them into effective, scalable design solutions, owning the entire creative process from initial concept to final pixel.

You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly switching between high-level brand strategy, multi-channel campaign design, and elevating our core visual identity. Your goal is to step in, take the reins immediately, and produce exceptional assets that maintain our brands premium feel while driving real engagement and conversions.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Multi-Channel Marketing Design: Creating compelling full-funnel experiences, including landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, and digital collateral.
• Performance Creative: Conceptualizing and independently executing high-converting, data-backed ads for Meta, Google, and other acquisition channels.
• Brand Evolution: Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of brand identity assets, guidelines, and design systems.
• Strategic Partnerships Design: Collaborating closely with the Growth team to iterate on designs based on performance data, A/B testing, and user insights.
• Collaborative Campaigns: Work with the video creators to design and produce the core video creative ads that define our performance marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Marketing or Brand Designer in a tech company, SaaS startup, or fast-paced agency.
• Senior Portfolio: Must show a highly polished mix of strong branding, marketing, and performance-based digital/video work.
• Plug-and-Play Readiness: You have a proven track record of dropping into complex projects and delivering high-quality results.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma: You know the shortcuts, the plugins, and how to build scalable components.
• AI-Native: Full proficiency in prompting and using various AI tools in a professional workflow to speed and extend your output.
• Bonus Points: You are savvy with Premiere Pro or other video editing software.
• Extra Bonus points: Familiarity with Motion design and After Effects.
