Job Description

What Youll Do (Non-Voice Support Only):

• Provide email and chat support (no phone calls!) to platform users
• Answer common how-to and FAQ-type questions
• Assist with account management and payment-related issues
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity
• Fixed Term Contract from 6th of November till 23rd of December

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Italian (C1 level) and English (C1 level) 
• Valid EU work permit – required to work in Bulgaria
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Previous customer service experience – a plus, but not a dealbreaker
• Excellent communication skills – as smooth as a jazz saxophone solo
• A positive, problem-solving attitude – even on the toughest tracks
