Senior Accountant

Position Summary

The Senior Accountant will provide day-to-day accounting support, financial reporting, reconciliations, and project cost tracking for development activities.

Primary Responsibilities

· Record and reconcile development transactions.

· Maintain general ledger accounts related to development projects.

· Prepare monthly reconciliations and supporting schedules.

· Monitor construction and development expenditures.

· Assist with preparation of cost certification schedules.

· Support audit and tax preparation activities.

· Maintain documentation required by lenders, investors, and regulatory agencies.

· Assist with reporting requirements associated with RAD and LIHTC developments.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

· CPA preferred.

· Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.

· Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
