About the Role

In this position, you’ll connect with members who have requested information about their available benefit programs. Through scheduled virtual appointments, you’ll answer questions, review available options, and guide members through the process from start to finish.

There’s no traditional cold calling. Your focus is on providing a professional experience and making the process as clear and straightforward as possible.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with members through Zoom and phone appointments
• Review available programs and answer member questions
• Explain information clearly and professionally
• Assist with digital applications and required documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Follow up with members when additional assistance is needed
• Work alongside a supportive remote team
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development
• Develop communication, organization, and leadership skills

What We’re Looking For

• Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional, reliable, and well-organized
• Comfortable using Zoom, email, online forms, and other basic digital tools
• Able to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
• Willing to learn and receptive to coaching
• Customer service, sales, or other people-focused experience is helpful, but not required
