Role Structure

The Commercial Excellence & Training Leader for Latin America will be responsible for driving consistent, high-quality commercial execution across the region. This role focuses on enhancing how opportunities are developed, how value is communicated to clients, and how commercial processes are applied in the field.

The position ensures that Commercial Excellence is embedded into daily operations by aligning strategy, tools, training, and leadership coaching into an integrated system that improves business performance.

Profile & Qualifications

• Hands-on profile with proven experience in training, coaching, and competency development within commercial organizations.

• Strong trainer skillset, with deep knowledge of structured sales methodologies and value-based selling.

• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive regional change management.

• Exceptional communication and organizational alignment skills.

• Demonstrated experience in commercial leadership, sales management, or commercial excellence roles.

• Mandatory Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
