Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for clients experiencing issues with their digital advertising accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising support or a related role.
• Proficient in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented approach.
