About the Hiring Company:

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our go-to-market strategy, define our brand positioning, and drive business growth.

This is a senior leadership role offering strategic freedom, direct collaboration with the CEO, and the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead full-funnel marketing performance, from customer acquisition to retention and revenue growth.

• Define brand positioning, target audiences, and market messaging.

• Align campaigns, creators, content, and sponsorships to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

• Manage marketing budgets to balance short-term revenue goals with long-term brand growth.

• Set clear metrics to measure brand awareness and performance marketing results.

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing teams with clear goals and responsibilities.

The Successful Candidate:

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role, such as Senior Manager or Head of Department.

• Proven experience leading brand strategy and performance marketing.

• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to scale, adjust, or stop campaigns based on results.

• Deep understanding of target markets, customer behavior, and market positioning.

• Proven ability to turn marketing strategy into clear team goals and measurable results.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience scaling both product-led and sales-led growth.

• Experience supporting major growth phases, funding rounds, or strategic acquisitions.

• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
