Growth Marketing Manager, iGaming (Remote)

About the Role:

We are an ambitious digital platform seeking an entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Manager to own our alternative acquisition engine. If you excel beyond standard paid ad networks and thrive in creator ecosystems, dark social, and high-velocity experimentation, this role offers full autonomy, significant budget control, and direct access to the CEO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Architect Modern Acquisition Funnels: Design and scale high-converting user journeys across Telegram, Discord, short-form video networks, and creator channels to turn social engagement into active users.

• Scale Performance Creator Networks: Recruit and manage a regional network of creators, clippers, and community leaders under performance-based commercial models (CPA, Hybrid, RevShare) backed by viral content toolkits.

• Optimize Conversion & Unit Economics: Own the user journey end-to-end, testing landing pages and onboarding flows to drive down CAC while maximizing long-term Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

• Master Attribution & Traffic Quality: Implement server-to-server tracking and custom code mapping across organic channels to attribute growth accurately and protect budgets from low-quality or synthetic traffic.

• Lead Category Experimentation: Partner with executive leadership to pilot emerging acquisition mechanics—like interactive mini-apps and stream overlays—keeping our platform ahead of regional trends across Southeast Asia.
