As a Schemes and Grants Administrator, youll help make a real difference by supporting the successful delivery of concessionary travel schemes and bus operator grants. Youll help manage enquiries from operators, maintain accurate systems and records, and work closely with colleagues to assist with compliance of audit, governance, and legislative requirements. Youll also play a part in shaping continuous improvements, helping us deliver schemes and grants in smarter, more effective ways.

The Schemes and Grants Team sits within the Business and Operations Unit of the Directorate for Bus, Concessionary and Active Travel. The Unit is responsible for the administration and management of Scotlands National Concessionary Travel Schemes and the provision of grant funding to bus operators across Scotland.
