B2 - Temporary Promotion - Resourcing Consultant - Social Security Scotland

Location: Dundee, United Kingdom; Hybrid

This temporary opportunity is for a B2 Resourcing Consultant in the Strategic Resourcing Team, part of Social Security Scotland’s People and Place division.

The Resourcing Team leads the recruitment of staff into the organisation, ensuring activity is delivered in line with our values of dignity, fairness and respect, and the Civil Service Commission Recruitment Principles.

This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a range of business areas, managing recruitment activity, supporting Hiring Managers across multiple workstreams that support organisational priorities and providing advice on resourcing policies and processes. 

You will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver recruitment plans, develop innovative approaches, improve processes and engage with external stakeholders, including candidates, employability providers, colleges and universities.
