Based within the Colleague Experience Team, but working alongside SG HR Shared Service colleagues, our Onboarding Pay Services Support provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our new entrant pay processes. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, providing clear and accurate information, supporting queries, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, strong IT and numerical capability, and the ability to build effective relationships.
