Job Description

At Sartorius, youll play a critical role in helping our customers keep essential laboratory equipment operating at peak performance. As a Field Service Engineer, youll serve as a trusted technical partner, delivering installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair services while building long-term customer relationships throughout the territory. This is a field-based position covering Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. The ideal candidate will reside in Denver, CO or the surrounding areas.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

• Tie workflow to schedule

• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks

• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

• Produce timely and detailed service reports

• Document processes

• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems

• Follow all companys filed procedures and protocols

• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization

• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

• Build positive relationships with customers

What will convince us

• Associates degree or High School Degree/GED with Technical certification

• 2+ years proven field service experience including experience with the calibration of balances and moisture analyzers 

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment

• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

Base salary range: $60,000–$90,000 (depending on experience, skill set, education, and location), plus bonus and car allowance.
