Responsibilities

Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring efficient workflow- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and customer service- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, as well as increase sales and profitability- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize efficiency and minimize waste- Train and develop staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms- Stay up to date with industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

Qualifications

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities- Proficient in using computer systems and software for ordering, scheduling, and reporting- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality standards- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings
