What We’re Looking For?

• At least 1 year experience in customer service role in the e-commerce space

• Proficiency in using Shopify and its functions needed for customer service tasks

• Working experience in using Zendesk, Gorgias, and other similar ticketing systems

• Ability to handle customer tickets while consistently meeting SLAs for response time, resolution, and quality

• Strong English communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a customer-first, empathetic approach to support

• The following experiences are good - to - haves but not strong requirements

  • Handling omni channel (email, chat, social, phone)

  • Supporting multiple brands

  • Multi - language with the use of AI tools or translators

• Reliable internet connection and remote-ready setup

• Ability to work assigned schedules (varies by client)
