Associate Trader Salary Range: 90,000 to 120,000 

Trader Salary Range: 120,000 to 140,000 

Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. At Russell Investments, salary is just one part of our compensation package. • Bachelors degree in finance or a related area. 

• 1-2+ years of trading experience in the brokerage/trading industry. Trading knowledge of Domestic markets with knowledge of International Equity Markets considered a plus. 

• Experience with Equity OMS and Trading EMS a plus 

• Experience trading live in markets using execution tools, including DMA, Algorithmic Trading 

• Ability to understand and work with multiple complex trading system configurations. 

• Expected to study and receive SIE and Series 7, 55, 66 licenses. 

• Advanced degree or interest in studying to become a CFA charterholder are considered a plus. 

• Excellent communication skills. 

• High Degree of Focus, Discipline and work ethic. 

• Detailed oriented & excellent problem-solving skills. 

• Ability and willingness to function in a dynamic, fast-paced, technological environment with highly specified instructions. 

• Driven self starter looking to take on new responsibilities in a challenging environment
