Global Resource Management Leader, Professional Services

 About the Role

At Rubrik, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Global Resource Leader to build and lead our resource management and capacity planning function. In this critical leadership role, you will establish the operational foundation and systems for Rubriks Global Professional Services Organizations Resource Management function. You will be responsible for driving alignment across NAM, EMEA, and APAC in core operational workflows to ensure consistency, reduce regional friction, and improve data integrity.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in capacity planning, resource forecasting, a strong track record of cross-functional enablement, and the ability to partner effectively with P and Executive leadership to drive globally consistent decision-making.

Reports To: Vice President, Global Professional Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Development: Build, manage, and operate a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system tailored for Rubriks Global Professional Services Organization.
  • Global Process Standardization & Governance: Drive operational alignment across NAM, EMEA, and APAC. Move from documenting standards to actively enabling regional Consulting and Delivery leaders to own the execution and adherence to a defined global resource management process to meet the growth of our business.
  • Operational Efficiency & Automation: As a critical member of the PS Leadership team, champion process design and participate in the identification and implementation of a PSA as our System of record to eliminate manual effort and accelerate core business cycles, including capacity planning, resource forecasting, and consistent reporting.
  • Data Integrity & Business Intelligence: Ensure that operational systems feed clean, harmonized data to leadership for accurate, globally consistent decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with PS Delivery leaders, Finance, and HR leadership and our PS Leadership team to deepen cross-functional process ownership into genuine enablement of global stakeholders, ensuring resource capacity meets projected demand.
  • Sub-Contractor Ecosystem Management: Manage and lead a robust sub-contractor ecosystem, seamlessly integrating external partners as a direct extension of Rubriks internal Consulting team to dynamically scale global capacity.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide high-level visibility and strategic recommendations to senior executives regarding global utilization, capacity forecasts, and talent distribution.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 7-10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations leveraging PSA’s and AI.
  • Sub-Contractor Leadership: Direct experience managing and leading a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of a direct Consulting/Delivery team.
  • Industry Expertise: Demonstrated success in building and managing a resource management/capacity planning system and team specifically for a Global Professional Services business.
  • Executive Presence: Significant executive-level exposure, with a proven ability to present complex data, influence senior stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Organizational Navigability: Extensive cross-functional organizational experience, with a track record of successfully partnering across diverse global teams and operational boundaries.
  • Systems & Operations: Strong understanding of operational systems, business intelligence, AI, and process automation within a global services resource management/capacity planning context.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent practical experience welcomed. 

 

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, Seattle) Pay Range
$172,800$259,200 USD

$155,500$233,300 USD
