What You Will Do: 

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth, enhance customer loyalty, and uncover new business opportunities. 

• Monitor account performance by forecasting sales, analyzing commercial results, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives. 

• Identify and expand sales opportunities through strategic account planning, proposal development, and effective positioning of products and services. 

• Coordinate cross-functional support to address technical, operational, contractual, logistical, and billing issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless operations. 

• Lead customer engagement efforts, including regular business reviews, performance reporting, participation in industry events, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence. 

• Travel is required as part of the role to support customer relationships, attend meetings, and represent the company at industry events. 

Qualifications You Must Have: 

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.  

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written forms of both languages. 

• Experience in the aerospace or aviation industry. 

• Sales experience in airline Flight Operations (FlightOps). 

Qualifications We Prefer: 

• Fluent Portuguese language proficiency 

• Application knowledge of Ground host, PHM tool, Repeaters, Flight Tracking, VHF Communications, Flight Optimization. 

• Experience working with airline Dispatch teams. 

• Experience in Technical Operations (Tech Ops) sales. 

• Experience with airline Information Technology (IT) systems. 

• Experience with Challenger Sales Methodology. 

• Experience with Meddic Sales Methodology.
