Job Description

What are we looking for?
1)Proven track record in leading the development and execution of brand strategies and business plans.
2) Exceptional skills in brand communication and innovation.
3)Skillful at digital and social driven marketing, and adapt at driving e-commerce business.
4)Proficiency in market analysis, including consumer data, shopper behavior, and category trend interpretation.
5)Experience in working within multi-functional and cross-geographical teams, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including internal cross-functional teams and global/regional stakeholders.
6)Demonstrated budget planning and management expertise.
7)Fluency in both Chinese and English is mandatory.
8)A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a multinational corporation, preferably with a management trainee background
9)Ideally a pet owner 
 

What will be your key responsibilities?
1) NPD E2E: Sheba treat portfolio management & E2E innovation (key growth contribution), incl. Sheba wholesome melty, Sheba Freeze Dry NPD, etc. from product/package development to social seeding (Rednote & TikTok focus)
2) Platform owner: own the TikTok platform strategic planning & seeding, with deep collaboration with Dcom team, from target setting, portfolio planning, content development, tracking and review

3) Brand building: Develop cat owner centric campaign & communication from campaign planning, assets development, E2E execution

4) Strategic planning & analysis: Deep dive for market landscape, cat parents trend, brand health, product performance by period to enhance brand value and revenue growth
