Job Overview

Octopus by RTG is a technology talent and outsourcing partner serving clients across global markets. We are looking for a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for our clients’ technical hiring needs across multiple industries, technology domains, and outsourcing projects.

This role requires a strategic recruitment professional with strong technical hiring expertise, innovative sourcing capabilities, and hands-on experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will take ownership of complex hiring requirements, advise clients and hiring managers, and develop effective strategies to attract hard-to-find technical talent across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across multiple client accounts and outsourcing projects, from role intake to successful placement.
• Innovative Sourcing: Develop creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates and hard-to-find technical talent across global markets.
• AI-Powered Recruitment: Leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve talent discovery, streamline recruitment workflows, and enhance hiring efficiency.
• Client & Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to clients and hiring managers, providing insights into talent availability, salary benchmarks, market trends, and hiring strategies.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of technical roles, including software development, data, cloud computing, DevOps, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Candidate Experience: Manage candidate engagement, interview processes, expectations, and offer negotiations while maintaining a positive recruitment experience.
• Recruitment Analytics: Monitor recruitment KPIs, evaluate sourcing effectiveness, and implement improvements to recruitment processes and hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a technology company, recruitment agency, outsourcing provider, or RPO environment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical positions across competitive talent markets.
• Strong experience developing innovative sourcing strategies, advanced Boolean search techniques, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered recruitment tools and automation to improve sourcing effectiveness and recruitment efficiency.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and global talent markets.
• Experience managing multiple client requirements and advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, data-driven mindset with a strong interest in recruitment innovation and continuous improvement.
